lovely stay downtown
friendly staff comfortable bar clean room
the staff assisted me greatly with check in. they addressed an error i made. they were very friendly and open making the stay very good. the bar area was comfortable and the room was clean.
i think the room was small.

breakfast was full. it also tasted delicious. the staff in the morning proved most helpful. i found good variety and quality in the breakfast options.

the reception area provides ample space. i enjoyed the pool table there. i also liked the board games available. the bar added to the appeal.

the room included coffee and a kettle. a hairdryer was also available. the shower was lovely and soaps were provided. shampoos were included as well.

the location places the hotel not far from the station. it has quick access to the seafront. it was very central to where i needed to be.

the check-in process was smooth. two friendly ladies explained everything. they worked hard to keep up with demand. their service.

the location is central. it is convenient to walk to the waterfront. the breakfast provided good value and kept me going. staff were very good.
